About

There is a phrase we use in our family: “all the things”. It comes from a meltdown one of my children had a few years ago. I told them it was time to go to bed (we are weird and do this on a nightly basis… I know… evil parents). My child yelled out, “Mommy, you ruin all the things!” Being responsible parents, we laughed and now throw around the phrase “all the things” instead of the word “everything”.

This blog is about “all the things” (including parenting woes). I am a wife, mom, elementary school teacher, and foremost a child of God. I am sorting through it all and writing along the way. Thank you for stopping by. I hope you will be encouraged.

    Trish,

My Tesi shared your me pictures with me. My goodness, Ella looks like her Mama! Hope all is well and know that you are all loved, missed, and thought of often.

    Love Shanny (Nanny :))
